3. Reservation of proprietary rights
All products remain the property of Twah! untill paid in full.

4. Valid prices
All prices are valid as of 01.01.2009. Prices from older catalogues hereby become invalid.

5. Right of return/exchange

The goods has got to be in an unused condition.
b) Other than in a) the Right of return/exchange is only guaranteed according to existing German law.
